Logical control and performance electronics are outside of the separate machine (powered from it with a safe voltage). This enables easier upgrades of the entire system and service diagnostics. "Black-Box" Control Unit is connected to a PC through TCP/IP protocol, which enables its remote administration and simple integration into the current IT structure of the customer. Separation of the control logic outside of the PC is a guarantee of a significantly higher reliability compared to attempts of control of a similar system directly from a computer.

The BASIP control system was developed especially for the FotoRobot, ensuring the configuration and operation of machines. The licence is a part of the supply.
BASIP is designed, along with the control of robots and the connected camera, for the download of images to PC., It also supports cooperation with specialised program - e.g. CaptureOne, CanonCapture etc. - specialised on processing of image data. It also enables image downloading directly to the MAC platform (in full cooperation with photo robots in real time).
